Black Creatives RVA exists to amplify, connect, and empower Black creatives in Richmond. We create spaces where Black voices in advertising, design, branding, marketing, and commercial art are not only visible, but valued and celebrated. Through community, education, and collaboration, we build connection, provide resources, and cultivate opportunities that strengthen our creative community and affirm the impact of Black creativity on culture and industry.
Our goal is to build a thriving, self-sustaining creative community where Black talent is recognized, valued, and supported.

Supporting the leadership team is an internal team of community leaders who provide guidance, planning support, and help execute the organization’s initiatives.
